Paul Johnson is an acclaimed historian who yet again brings us another tale of an influential personality whose legacy endures even today. He warned all his delegates and the people of a looming military-industrial complex that existed then and still exists to date. His skills as an excellent orator and the ability to manage both the budget and Congress were in par with his tactical abilities.
